Kaori Takaoka is a Japanese voice actress from Fukushima Prefecture, born on November 16. She is affiliated with the talent agency Quatre Stella. Her career in voice acting began in the 2000s, and she was previously associated with the agencies Media Force until August 2010 and Across Entertainment from December 2010 to December 2017.

A significant early role was as the lead character Kirari Hanabatake in the 2010 television anime series Nōgyō Musume!. She is also well-known for voicing the character Gai-chan, a personification of the mecha Gaiking, in the Toei Animation project Robot Girls Z and its subsequent sequels, games, and related media. Her range of work includes roles in various other television anime such as World Trigger as Chano Shin, The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World as Mrs. Bradley, and Ring ni Kakero 1 as multiple characters. She has also contributed her voice to web anime, including Robot Girls Z Plus.

Beyond anime, Takaoka has an extensive body of work in video games, with credits in titles like GALTIA, Quiz RPG Witch and Black Cat, Valkyrie Anatomia, and the Project X Zone series. She is frequently cast in tokusatsu productions, providing voices for various characters in the Super Sentai series, including Machine Sentai Kiramager and Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, and the Kamen Rider franchise, such as Kamen Rider Gotchard. Her dubbing work includes voicing Charlotte in the film Status Update.

Takaoka has also participated in radio programs, most notably hosting the Nōgyō Musume! radio show with fellow voice actor Shiori Mikami, which helped raise her profile early in her career.
