Haruka Hitomi is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Tokyo, born on May 30, 1983. She is a graduate of the RAMS Professional Education training school. Throughout her career, she has been affiliated with several different agencies, including Rams, Dwango Artist Production, and as a freelancer, before joining ASlinkProject in November 2015. Over the course of her career, she has used different stage names. She originally worked under her birth name, Hitomi Morishima, and later changed her stage name to Hitomi Haruka while at Dwango Artist Production. Upon moving to ASlinkProject, she adopted the current hiragana spelling of her name, Haruka Hitomi. Her nickname, Hitton, was given to her by fellow voice actress Yoshino Nanjo.

One of her notable anime roles is Nemu Asakura in the 2010 series T.P. Sakura ~Time Paladin Sakura~. Her career also includes a role in the 2009 anime series Weiβ Survive, where she voiced the character Operetta. Beyond anime, her work spans across various media, including video games and visual novels. She has provided voices for characters in several titles, such as the visual novels D.C.III DreamDays, Izumo, and the Sakura no Uta series.
