Chisaki Morishita is a Japanese voice actress born on February 12, 1996, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aptepro. Before pursuing voice acting, she initially aspired to be a novelist, but her interest in anime led her to change career paths. She is a graduate of the 6th generation of Aptepro's affiliated training school. Her hobbies include basketball and visiting cafes.

Morishita made her voice acting debut in 2016, with her first credited role being Momotarō in the video game Genjūhime. In the following years, she gained experience by playing minor background roles in anime television series, such as a couple woman in Mitsuboshi Colors and a girl in Harukana Receive.

Her first major breakthrough and first main role came in 2019 when she was cast as the protagonist, Bocchi Hitori, in the anime television series Hitori Bocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu. This role marked her first time playing a named character. For this series, she also contributed to its music, singing the ending theme song Ne, Issho ni Kaero and performing the opening theme Hitori Bocchi no Monologue with her co-stars. In addition to this landmark role, her anime credits include a small role in Mr. Uramichi in 2021. Beyond anime, her work as a voice actress is primarily in video games, with credits including Megido 72, Release the Spyce: Secret Fragrance, and Seven's Code.
