Toshiyuki Someya is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on December 17, 1987. He began his entertainment career in 2008, initially gaining recognition for his work in theater, particularly in 2.5-dimensional stage musicals. Someya made his debut as a voice actor in 2016, with his first role in the Rainy Cocoa anime series, where he was initially credited under the pseudonym Chiharu Oikawa.

Someya has built a portfolio of voice acting roles in anime television series. One of his notable supporting roles is as Chipper Okamura in the Ame-con!! season of the Rainy Cocoa franchise, a series in which he has been involved since his voice acting debut. In 2018, he voiced the character Tomoya Yagi in the anime School Babysitters. That same year, he took on the role of Anri Wakamiya in the popular magical girl series Hugtto! PreCure. Also in 2018, Someya voiced the historical figure Hijikata Toshizō, a lead role, in the television anime Renai Bakumatsu Kareshi. The following year, in 2019, he was part of the cast for the hybrid live-action and anime series Dimension High School, providing the voice for the character Soshi Momoya.

Beyond these roles, his voice acting filmography includes the role of Teruma Nakama in Marginal #4: Kiss Kara Tsukuru Bang Bang! in 2017.
