Kihachiro Uemura is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on September 5, 1960, in Oita Prefecture, Japan, though some sources list his birth year as 1964. He is affiliated with the theatre company Gekidan Seinenza, which he joined in 1990. His career in entertainment began in the 1980s, initially gaining recognition for his on-screen roles in tokusatsu superhero productions, most notably as Dai, the Green Flash, in the 1986 series Choushinsei Flashman.
