Katsumi Takahashi is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on April 1, 1961, in Niigata Prefecture. While his career is primarily focused on live-action television and film, he has also contributed his voice to a number of animated projects.

Takahashi's filmography as a voice actor includes several notable anime films. He voiced the role of Makoto's Father in the 2010 animated film Colorful. In 2012, he provided the voice for the Legendary Pokémon Kyurem in the feature Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice. His work in the franchise also extended to a role in the 2015 film Eiga Chibi Maruko-chan: Italia kara Kita Shōnen, where he voiced the character Ryoichi Midoriyama. More recently, he served as the narrator for the 2021 anime television series Komi Can't Communicate.
