Kenichi Mochizuki is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency ARTSVISION. He was born on March 16 in Kanagawa Prefecture and has blood type B.

Mochizuki began his career in voice acting around the year 2000. His debut role was as a crew member in the anime series Silent Möbius. In the early 2000s, he built a portfolio of supporting roles in a wide array of popular television anime. His work from this period includes appearances in series such as Wolf's Rain, GunGrave, Kino's Journey, and Fullmetal Panic? Fumoffu in 2003, followed by roles in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny, Keroro Gunsō, and Samurai 7 in 2004.

He continued to work prolifically throughout the mid-to-late 2000s and into the 2010s. During this time, his credits expanded to include roles in high-profile series such as Bleach, where he voiced Takekuni Takeyashiro, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, in which he played Yusuke Suzuki.
