Katsuhisa Hoki is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on October 30, 1946, in Nagasaki Prefecture. He began his career in theater, performing with companies such as Theatre East and Hyakki-za, before transitioning to voice acting. Over the course of his career, he has been affiliated with several talent agencies, including Sigma Seven, Production Baobab, and Kenyu Office, before joining Aoni Production on January 1, 2020. His birth name is Katsuaki Hoki.

Hoki is known for his distinctive, gravelly voice and frequently portrays gruff, authoritative, or older male characters.
