Satoshi Hashimoto is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on April 26, 1966, in Osaka, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Cube. Inc. His career began in 1989 with stage performances, and he has since built a prolific career across live-action television, film, theatre, and voice acting.

Hashimoto is most renowned in the voice acting world for his long-standing portrayal of Terry Bogard in the Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters video game series. He first voiced the character in 1992's Fatal Fury 2 and continued in the role through The King of Fighters XIII, also reprising it for the 2006 anime series The King of Fighters: Another Day. In addition to Terry Bogard, he also provided the Japanese voice for the character Kim Kaphwan across numerous installments of the same franchises. Another of his notable voice roles is Fire Convoy, the Japanese name for Optimus Prime, in the 2000 anime series Transformers: Robots in Disguise, known in Japan as Transformers: Car Robots. His commitment to this role was demonstrated years later when he participated in a new voice recording for a toy release of the character.

While his voice work is iconic, voice acting represents only one facet of his career. Hashimoto is a highly active stage actor, having starred in major musical productions. His stage credits include leading roles such as Jean Valjean in Les Misérables, The Engineer in Miss Saigon, Gomez Addams in The Addams Family, and Kamaji in the stage adaptation of Spirited Away. He has also appeared extensively in live-action television dramas and films, often playing supporting or antagonist roles, with appearances in taiga dramas like Taira no Kiyomori and What Will You Do, Ieyasu?. His fluency in English has been noted as a reason for his suitability for the role of Terry Bogard, whose battle cries often feature English phrases. In 2017, he lent his voice to the character Ernesto De La Cruz in the Japanese dub of the Pixar film Coco.
