Fumiko Inoue is a Japanese voice actor and narrator from Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. Inoue is a graduate of the Faculty of Letters at Gakushuin University and also completed her training at Aoni Juku, the voice talent school associated with her agency, as part of its 18th graduating class.

Inoue's career has spanned numerous animated television series, original video animations, and video games. One of her most prominent and long-standing roles is that of the Silver Saint Aquila Marin in the Hades Chapter installments of the Saint Seiya anime franchise, appearing in the Sanctuary, Inferno, and Elysion chapters. She also voiced the character in several related video games.

In the world of video games, Inoue is known for voicing Lien Neville, a character introduced in the The King of Fighters: Maximum Impact fighting game series. She reprised this role for the character's appearance in the 2005 animated promotional project The King of Fighters: Another Day.
