Miho Okasaki is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on November 22, 1998, in Okayama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise and the record label King Records. After graduating from the Japan Narration Acting Institute, she made her voice acting debut in 2017, initially taking on minor and background roles in various anime series.

Okasaki's career advanced significantly in 2018 when she landed her first main roles. She voiced Miku Nishio in the anime series Ongaku Shōjo and, in the same year, was cast as the protagonist Rimuru Tempest in the highly popular fantasy series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. This performance as Rimuru brought her widespread recognition and became her most iconic role. She has continued to voice the character across all subsequent media, including multiple television seasons, OVAs, and films within the franchise.

Beyond her signature role, Okasaki has built a diverse portfolio of voice work. She is known for voicing Mary Hunt in My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, and has appeared in anime such as The Dawn of the Witch, The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!, and The Idolmaster Shiny Colors. Her work also extends to video games, where she has voiced characters like Medina Orthinanos in Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris, Anis in Goddess of Victory: Nikke, and Danjin in Wuthering Waves.

In 2020, her burgeoning career was recognized when she won the Best New Actress Award at the 14th Seiyu Awards. Okasaki expanded her artistic activities by making her solo singer debut under King Records in 2021. Since then, she has released several singles and albums. Her music has been featured as theme songs for anime, including the song Petals, which served as an ending theme for The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!.
