Hiroshi Fujioka, born Kunihiro Fujioka on February 19, 1946, in Ehime Prefecture, Japan, is a renowned Japanese actor and voice actor. He is a cultural icon in Japan, primarily celebrated for his live-action roles, most notably as the original hero Takeshi Hongo, also known as Kamen Rider 1, in the long-running Kamen Rider franchise. His career also includes a memorable stint as Segata Sanshiro, the live-action mascot for the Sega Saturn video game console in a series of television commercials.

While his voice acting work is a facet of his broader career, it includes several notable roles in animation and video games. In the 2005 original video animation Last Order: Final Fantasy VII, he provided the voice for Zangan, the martial arts master and mentor of the character Tifa Lockhart. He voiced Iwao Hazuki, the murdered father of protagonist Ryo Hazuki, in the 2001 animated film Shenmue: The Movie, which compiles the story of the first Shenmue video game. In the 2006 animated film Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea, he voiced the antagonist Phantom. His credits also include the role of Leader in the 2002 to 2003 anime series Arcade Gamer Fubuki.

Beyond these, Fujioka's voice acting portfolio includes the role of Shan Yu in the Japanese dub of Disney's Mulan and its appearance in the video game Kingdom Hearts II, as well as the narrator for Fist of the North Star Zero: Legend of Kenshiro. He has also frequently lent his voice to reprisals of his iconic live-action characters in animated projects, such as voicing Takeshi Hongo, his Kamen Rider 1 character, in various Kamen Rider animations and video games. His work in the video game world extends to voicing his Segata Sanshiro persona in Project X Zone 2.
