Katsuhiro Harasawa is the stage name of Koki Harasawa, a Japanese voice actor born on December 4, 1971, in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production. Harasawa began his career in the late 1990s, with one of his earliest roles being the voice of E2 Jet in the 1997 anime series Hikarian: Great Railroad Protector. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has built a substantial body of work, often providing voices for supporting characters in a wide range of anime television series and video games.

Following his debut, Harasawa became a consistently active presence in the industry throughout the 2000s and 2010s. His filmography includes a diverse array of roles in popular series such as RahXephon as Yohei Yomoda, Hungry Heart: Wild Striker as Yujiro Kamiyama, and the comedy series My Bride is a Mermaid as Maguro. He also voiced characters in adaptations of major works, appearing in Samurai Deeper Kyo and the 2006 version of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya as the lead vocalist for the有志乐队. In the science fiction genre, he took on the role of Shinpei Iwata in the Space Battleship Yamato 2199 reboot.

A significant and recurring role in his later career is Takuya Muramatsu, a student in the main class of the hit series Assassination Classroom, a part he played from 2015 through to related film projects. He also voiced the character Rot Spinne in the adaptation of the visual novel Dies Irae. Beyond anime, Harasawa has lent his voice to several video game characters, including Chancellor Cole in The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks and Bartholomew in Suikoden IV. His work also extends to dubbing foreign films, with credits including Black Hawk Down. Standing at 186 cm tall, it is noted that he has an interest in basketball.
