Paula Barros is a Chilean voice actor based in Miami, recognized for her work in anime dubbing for Latin American audiences. Her career encompasses a wide array of characters, showcasing her versatility across different genres and age demographics.

Barros has lent her voice to several prominent anime series. She is known for portraying the protagonist Tsubasa Ōzora in the 2018 adaptation of Captain Tsubasa, a role that also included voicing his mother, Natsuko Ozora. In the science fiction series A.I.C.O. -Incarnation-, she voiced the character Haruka Seri. She took on the role of the enigmatic Doctor in the cyberpunk action series Akudama Drive.
