Paula Barros is a Chilean voice actor based in Miami, recognized for her work in anime dubbing for Latin American audiences. Her career encompasses a wide array of characters, showcasing her versatility across different genres and age demographics.

Barros has lent her voice to several prominent anime series. She is known for portraying the protagonist Tsubasa Ōzora in the 2018 adaptation of Captain Tsubasa, a role that also included voicing his mother, Natsuko Ozora. In the science fiction series A.I.C.O. -Incarnation-, she voiced the character Haruka Seri. She took on the role of the enigmatic Doctor in the cyberpunk action series Akudama Drive. Her work in the long-running franchise Soreike! Anpanman includes voicing Pyon in multiple films, such as Yōsei Rinrin no Himitsu, and Banna in Yomigaere Bananajima. In the superhero series My Hero Academia, she performs as the character Minoru Mineta, as well as the hero Mount Lady. Her other notable anime credits include Miyo Takano in Higurashi: When They Cry – GOU, Kelsey, also known as Glitter Naranja, in Glitter Force, Can Can in the Crayon Shin-chan spin-off Super Shiro, and additional voices in Gintama.

In addition to her voice work, she is a stand-up comedian, writer, and comedy producer, and was named 'Best Comedian 2024' by Miami New Times.
