Walter Breda is a Brazilian actor and voice actor with a extensive career in dubbing, having lent his voice to numerous characters in anime series, films, and Western animations for the Brazilian Portuguese market. Born on December 25, 1948, in Recife, Brazil, he began his artistic career at the age of ten in a radio novel in his hometown.

Breda's voice acting work in anime includes several notable roles from the 1990s and 2000s. He is recognized for voicing Inspector Kurayami in the original video animation of Sukeban Deka, which was dubbed into Portuguese. He also provided the voice for Inspector Yamazaki in the OVA Birdy the Mighty. His other prominent anime roles include Mestre Ares in the initial Gota Mágica dubbing of Os Cavaleiros do Zodíaco (Saint Seiya) and later Shion de Áries for the Álamo dubbing of the same series. He was also the voice of Senhor Kaio-Sama do Norte in Dragon Ball Z, Shiva in Shurato, and Gain in By the Grace of the Gods.

Beyond anime, Breda's dubbing career is marked by great versatility, encompassing a wide range of genres and media.
