Kerrigan Mahan is an American voice actor born on January 27, 1955, recognized for his extensive work in anime dubbing and animated series. He was a prominent figure in the early days of English-language anime localization, contributing his voice to numerous films and series during the 1980s and 1990s, often in collaboration with Streamline Pictures. His career in voice acting began after starting as a stage actor in the 1970s, and he has also worked as a director for dubs and theater productions.

Mahan's voice is known for its range, capable of portraying both youthful, energetic heroes and older, more menacing characters. In the 1980s, he became a familiar voice to fans of imported anime. He voiced the protagonist Kimball Kinnison in the feature film Lensman and its sequel, as well as the character Champ in both the Zillion television series and its sequel OVA, Zillion: Burning Night. During this period, he also took on roles such as Keen in the film Birth and Johnny Winters in Megazone 23 Part II. His work in the horror and sci-fi genre included voicing Rei Ginsei in the Streamline Pictures dub of the classic film Vampire Hunter D and Tatsumia in Doomed Megalopolis.
