Clément Moreau is a French actor and voice actor born on October 25, 1990, in La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée, France. He began his artistic training at the Cours Florent in Paris, studying there from 2008 to 2010 under Frédérique Farina. His early career included roles in French television series such as Profilage and the youth series Foudre, where he played the character Shark in 2011.
Moreau has built a significant career in voice acting, particularly known for dubbing anime into French. He succeeded Fabrice Josso as the French voice of Taro Misaki in the new version of the anime series Captain Tsubasa. His anime dubbing portfolio includes a wide range of prominent roles. He voices Shinei Nouzen in 86, Kakeru Sengoku in Horimiya, Rika Honjo in High-Rise Invasion, and Yu in the film Ni no Kuni.
