Clément Moreau is a French actor and voice actor born on October 25, 1990, in La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée, France. He began his artistic training at the Cours Florent in Paris, studying there from 2008 to 2010 under Frédérique Farina. His early career included roles in French television series such as Profilage and the youth series Foudre, where he played the character Shark in 2011.

Moreau has built a significant career in voice acting, particularly known for dubbing anime into French. He succeeded Fabrice Josso as the French voice of Taro Misaki in the new version of the anime series Captain Tsubasa. His anime dubbing portfolio includes a wide range of prominent roles. He voices Shinei Nouzen in 86, Kakeru Sengoku in Horimiya, Rika Honjo in High-Rise Invasion, and Yu in the film Ni no Kuni. He also provides the voice for Nakai in Teasing Master Takagi-san and Muichiro Tokito in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, as well as Tomoya Serizawa in the anime film Suzume.

In addition to his anime work, Moreau has an extensive career dubbing live-action films and television series. He is known for often dubbing the roles of actor Harris Dickinson. His numerous live-action dubbing credits include providing the French voice for characters in a wide variety of productions, such as Oppenheimer, The Flash, West Side Story, The Last of Us, House of the Dragon, and Gen V. He has also lent his voice to video game characters, such as Ryan in The Quarry and Paulo in Forza Horizon 5, and to western animation like Fast & Furious: Spy Racers.

Concurrent with his voice acting, Moreau has maintained an active career as an on-screen actor. He has had recurring roles in several French television series, including playing Kévin Heurtaud in Nina from 2015 to 2019 and Antoine Meyer in La Stagiaire since 2014.
