His work is extensive across animation, anime, and live-action dubbing, making him a recognized figure in Latin American voice acting. Born on November 27, 1945, his artistic journey began long before his voice became synonymous with iconic characters.

Maneiro's voice acting career took a significant turn in 1992 when he was cast as the Latin American Spanish voice of Batman for a series of Warner Bros. animated productions. This included seminal series such as Batman: The Animated Series, The New Batman Adventures, and Justice League, a role he performed until 2006. This portrayal is considered one of his most defining and beloved works, earning him widespread recognition and cementing his place in the hearts of fans across the region. In the realm of anime, he is particularly known for his work in the Transformers franchise. Maneiro provided the voice for the Decepticon leader Megatron, who also evolves into Galvatron, throughout the Unicron Trilogy. He voiced Magneto in X-Men: Evolution, Killer Moth and Trigon in Teen Titans, Cenotaph and Doctor B in Beyblade, and T-Bone in Extreme Dinosaurs. His versatility extended to voice acting for characters like Lucas the Duck in various Tiny Toon Adventures productions and the Atomic Flounder in SpongeBob SquarePants. Beyond animation, Maneiro became the regular Spanish dubbing voice for prominent Brazilian actors, most notably Antônio Fagundes, in numerous telenovelas aired in Venezuela.

After temporarily stepping away from dubbing in 2006, Maneiro made an official return to the industry in 2018. In his later career, he has continued to lend his voice to various projects, including documentary and reality series such as Ancient Aliens and Pawn Stars. His immense contribution to the arts was formally recognized in 2012 when he was named an honorary maestro by the Universidad Experimental Nacional de las Artes (UNEARTE) in Venezuela.
