Douglas Monteiro is a Brazilian voice actor known for his work in dubbing anime and animated series for the Brazilian Portuguese market.

Monteiro voices the character Roberto Hongo in the 2018 remake of the classic sports anime Captain Tsubasa. This role placed him in a long-running franchise where previous incarnations of the character were voiced by different actors, including Bruno Rocha and Alfredo Rollo. In the 2021 anime adaptation of the video game The World Ends with You, titled The World Ends with You The Animation, Monteiro provided the Portuguese voice for the character Yodai Higashizawa, a Reaper Officer and antagonist in the series. He also voiced Bai Toatsu in the mecha anime Back Arrow, which was dubbed at the DuBrasil studio and streamed on Funimation starting in 2022. In the 2017 animated film Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters, the first installment of the Godzilla anime trilogy, Monteiro dubbed the character Eliott Leland, a colonel commanding the Earth Landing Brigade. Additionally, he voiced the character Ikasama in the series Air Bound.

Beyond these specific credits, Monteiro has also contributed voice work as part of larger dubbing casts for various other projects. His name appears in the list of additional voices for the Brazilian Portuguese dubs of series such as the live-action show Everybody Still Hates Chris.
