Samuel Fernandes de Queiroz is a Brazilian actor and voice actor based in São Paulo, recognized for his work in dubbing anime and live-action series into Portuguese. He has become known to audiences for voicing prominent characters in several popular anime franchises.

Among his most notable roles is Denki Kaminari in the long-running series My Hero Academia, a part he has voiced since the show's early seasons, including in the original series, subsequent seasons, the original net animation (ONA), and the film My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission. He also voices Ken Wakashimazu in the 2018 adaptation of Captain Tsubasa. In the isekai comedy The Dungeon of Black Company, Fernandes plays the protagonist Kinji Ninomiya, a role he performed for the anime's 2021 simuldub. He provided the voice for the adolescent version of Sachio in the 2021 sequel series Megalobox 2: Nomad. Another leading role is that of the titular character, Duke, in the romantic comedy The Duke of Death and His Maid, a character he has voiced across multiple seasons of the anime.
