Pius Maria Cüppers is a German actor and voice artist born in Düsseldorf in 1956. He initially studied law before pursuing acting training at a drama school in Düsseldorf. His career has been primarily based in theatre, with engagements at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus from 1985 to 1996 and a longstanding position as a member of the ensemble at the Staatstheater Nürnberg, where he has performed since 2000. He holds the title of Bavarian State Actor.

In the field of voice acting, Cüppers has contributed to German dubs of anime productions. He is known for providing the German voice for the character Dick Ryan in the OVA Riding Bean. He also voiced the character Chiyoki 'Mugi-Baby' Mugiyama in the television series Mezzo DSA. Additionally, he performed the role of the narrator, Erzähler, in the German dubbed version of the anime series Sorcerer Hunters.
