Caren Manuel, also known professionally as Caren Lyn Tackett, is an American voice actress and stage performer recognized for her work in English-language dubs of anime series during the 2000s. Born on August 14, 1976, in Boxford, Massachusetts, she developed a career that spans both voice acting for animation and performing on Broadway. Her voice acting work was primarily associated with 4Kids Entertainment, a production company known for dubbing and localizing Japanese anime for English-speaking audiences.

One of her notable roles in anime is Marina in the Pokémon special Pocket Monsters Crystal: Raikou Ikazuchi no Densetsu, known in English as The Legend of Thunder. This special was later aired internationally as part of the Pokémon Chronicles series. Her filmography includes a range of other characters in several prominent anime series dubbed by 4Kids. She provided voices for the television series Winx Club, where she was the voice of Princess Stella, as well as the characters Darcy, Chatta, and Mirta. In the 2001 series Shaman King, she voiced Kanna Bismark and Iron Maiden Jeanne. Her other voice credits from this period include Luna Ryder and the Computer Voice in F-Zero Falcon Densetsu, and additional voices for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 series.
