Melanie MacQueen is an American voice actress recognized for her extensive contributions to the English dubbing of anime during the 1980s and 1990s, particularly in productions by Harmony Gold USA and Streamline Pictures. Born on July 9, 1953, she has also worked under the alias Aline Leslie.

MacQueen is perhaps best known for her dual role in the Robotech franchise. She provided the voice of Lisa Hayes, a central character in The Macross Saga, and also voiced the Invid Princess, known as Ariel or Marlene, in The New Generation. She reprised the role of Marlene Rush for the later feature Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles. Her connection to the series has been honored with guest appearances at anime conventions celebrating its legacy.

Her voice acting career encompasses a wide range of characters in some of the most influential anime releases of the era. She voiced several characters in the 1987 anime series Little Women, taking on the roles of both the stern Aunt March and the gentle sister Elizabeth "Beth" March. Beyond voice acting, Melanie MacQueen has had a multifaceted career in the Los Angeles area for over forty years, working as an actress, director, writer, and teacher. She has made on-screen appearances in television series such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Wonder Years, as well as films like Mousehunt. Her theater work includes a performance in The Miracle Worker that earned her a Dramalogue Award for Best Performance. She was also a founding member of the Theatre of Note in Hollywood and co-wrote the award-winning musical In The Name of God: Or Honk If You Love Satire.
