Ahn Ji-hwan is a South Korean voice actor, actor, and television and radio presenter. He was born on July 24, 1969, and joined the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation's Voice Acting Division in 1993, marking the start of his professional career.

His debut role was as Prince Omar, known as Prince Dandarn in the original Japanese, in the Korean dub of the anime series Time Travel Tondekeman, which is also known as Time Quest!. He is also known for his voice work in the anime Future GPX Cyber Formula Sin, the final original video animation arc of the Future GPX Cyber Formula series, where he voiced the character Bleed Kail, also known as Jotaro "Bleed" Kaga. Additionally, he provided the Korean voice for Prince Roland in the animated series Once Upon a Time.

Beyond these specific roles, Ahn Ji-hwan has built an extensive career dubbing numerous animated and live-action films and television series for Korean audiences. His film dubbing work includes providing the Korean voice for actors such as Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series, Adam Sandler in several films including Big Daddy and Click, and Jet Li in movies like Hero and Meltdown. He has also dubbed foreign TV shows, including the role of Lex Luthor in Smallville. In animation, his notable roles include Akira Sendoh and the narrator in the Korean broadcast of Slam Dunk, Kunimitsu Tezuka in The Prince of Tennis, and Zekrom in Pokémon the Movie: Black—Victini and Reshiram and White—Victini and Zekrom.

In addition to his voice acting, Ahn Ji-hwan is a prominent narrator and television personality. Since the early 2000s, he has narrated several popular entertainment programs, most notably the long-running segment The Knee-Drop Guru on the talk show Golden Fishery and the show Animal Farm. He has also worked as a presenter for music and news programs.
