Chihiro Nishimori is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the talent agency TAB Production. He was born on November 29 in Shizuoka Prefecture and stands 175 cm tall. After graduating from high school, he moved to Tokyo and enrolled in the Japan Narration Acting Institute. He made his debut at the age of 20 in a stage production of Friendship ~The Ballad of Cosmos~, playing the role of Tadashi Kitajima.

In anime, Nishimori is known for his role as Hernando, and also Miguel, in the 2021 historical sports series Cestvs: The Roman Fighter. He also voiced the character Hikomaro in the children's anime Mitchiri Wanko! Anima~tion, a role described as a dog who looks ill-tempered but is actually kind. His other anime roles include Gozuro in Getter Robo Arc, Simon Staggbeetle in Pabu & Mojizi, the Ground Wolf Tribe in 6HP - Six Hearts Princess, and various characters in the theatrical feature FLCL Alternative. He has also had roles in the Blade Runner: Black Lotus and Battle Athletes Victory ReSTART! television series.

Beyond animation, Nishimori has an extensive career in dubbing foreign productions. His voice work includes the role of Grouco in the海外动画 Lenon and Grouco: We"re the Best!, Fish and Chips Shopkin in the Shopkins series, and characters in live-action titles such as The Rookie, Snowpiercer, Vikings: Valhalla, and The X-Files. His work in video games and apps includes the role of Allegro in Archetype Arcadia, Bonito in Arcana Famiglia: La Corsa, photographer Toshiki in Pokémon Ga-Olé, and Sakamoto Ryouma in The Princess of Plotting. He has also contributed to voice comics, including the role of Edgar in I"ll Break Off My Engagement, and has performed narration for Amazon Audible titles and radio commercials.

In addition to his performance work, Nishimori is active as a voice acting instructor and voice trainer. He has taught over 500 aspiring voice actors.
