Arthur Grosser is a Canadian actor and voice actor known for his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime and animated series, particularly during the 1980s and 1990s. He also pursued a parallel career as an academic, serving as a professor of physical chemistry at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. His voice acting career encompasses numerous roles in animated productions and video games.

Grosser provided voices for a wide range of anime series dubbed for English-speaking audiences. Among his most recognized roles is Bagheera the panther in the 1989 series Jungle Book: Shōnen Mowgli. He also voiced the character of Mayor Bossabit in the series Mori no Yōki na Kobito-tachi: Berufi to Rirubitto, known in English as The Littl' Bits. In the anime Meiken Jolie, also known as Belle and Sebastian, he performed multiple roles, including Benedict's Father, Carlos, and Robert.

His other notable anime and animation voice credits include Duckbill in Adventures of the Little Koala, Lord Kaliko and the Head Winged Monkey in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Bad Max in Samurai Pizza Cats, and Dr. Sorrow in Saban's Adventures of Pinocchio. Beyond anime, his voice work extended to various other animated series such as Bob Morane, Papyrus, and Sharky & George, as well as video games like the Splinter Cell and Assassin's Creed series. In addition to his voice acting, Grosser also appeared in live-action television and film roles. His performance in the television series Urban Angel earned him a Gemini Award nomination in 1992 for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role.
