Her career began in the world of anime, making her dubbing debut with the series Honey Honey no Suteki na Bōken, where she voiced the character Princesa Florence. This role marked the start of a long and varied career that would see her become a familiar voice in both animation and live-action dubbing.

Beyond her debut, Santini's anime filmography includes a range of diverse characters. She voiced the character Mara in The Adventures of Mini-Goddess, Medusa in Ghost Sweeper Mikami, and Tsukiko Kagetsu in the popular series Naruto. Her work also extends to more recent productions, such as the role of Bridge in the animated series Cannon Busters.
