Jan Panczak, also known professionally as Jan Makino, is a German voice actor born in the mid-1970s. He is the son of actor and voice actor Hans-Georg Panczak, and has built an extensive career in German dubbing, providing voices for numerous characters in anime series and films, as well as live-action productions.

In the field of anime, Panczak is recognized for a wide range of roles. He provided the German voice for Carlos in the series Transformers: Armada. His other notable anime roles include Kyle Broflovski in the long-running series South Park, Shadow the Hedgehog in Sonic X, Mousse in Ranma ½, Peruh in One Piece, and Yuma Tsukumo in Yu-Gi-Oh!
