Wakana Kowaka is a Japanese voice actress from Okayama Prefecture, born on November 20. She is affiliated with the agency Stay Luck. Her career began in 2012 with the agency Argrupe, and after participating in Stay Luck's workshop program in 2015, she officially joined the agency in 2016.

Kowaka is recognized for her versatility, voicing a wide range of characters from young boys and mothers to more mature roles and even supernatural beings.
