Saya Fukuzumi is a Japanese voice actress from Aichi Prefecture, born on September 26. She is affiliated with the talent agency EARLY WING. Her motivation to become a voice actor stemmed from a desire to see the world through perspectives other than her own.

Fukuzumi began her entertainment career in June 2018 as a member of the voice actor unit teaRLove, an association that continued for approximately four and a half years until the group's final concert in 2022. She was initially with the agency WITH LINE before transferring to its parent group, EARLY WING, in the spring of 2019.

Her first regular role in a television anime series came in 2021 when she was cast as the lead character Hirana Asu in WIXOSS DIVA(A)LIVE. This role also marked a significant point in her career as she performed character songs for the series, including the opening theme D-(A)LIVE!! with her co-stars. She has since built a portfolio of supporting and recurring roles in various anime. Notable among these is her role as Mari in the 2022 series Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? IV. Her game credits include Mary Wolcott in Death end re;Quest 2, Yuu Asuma in Alice Gear Aegis, as well as roles in輝星的反叛 and League of Angels 3. Her work also extends to digital comics and audio dubbing for foreign films, such as the Japanese dub of the German film The Little Witch.

Fukuzumi has expressed admiration for fellow voice actress Haruka Shiraishi, with whom she had the opportunity to co-star in WIXOSS DIVA(A)LIVE.
