Jesús Brock was a Mexican voice actor, born in 1950, who later relocated to Los Angeles in the late 1970s, where he developed a prolific career in dubbing for Latin American audiences. He passed away in 1998 at the age of 48.

He is widely recognized for his extensive voice work in animated series and films, as well as for being the first off-screen announcer for the Cartoon Network Latin America channel, a role he held from the network's launch in 1993 until his death. Among his most notable anime and animated roles are the Scarecrow in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Rey Pesadilla (King Nightmare) in Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland, and the title character Fujimaru in Shōnen Ninja Kaze no Fujimaru. His filmography also includes voicing Abuelo Babú in Tongari Bōshi no Memoru and Susano in The Little Prince and the Eight-Headed Dragon.

Beyond these specific roles, Brock's career was marked by a wide range of characters in both animation and live-action dubbing. He was the voice of Pericles Addams in The Addams Family, Spider-Man in the redub of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, and King Koopa in two Super Mario Bros. animated series. He also lent his voice to numerous characters in Hollywood films for their Latin American releases, such as Dr. Alan Grant in Jurassic Park, George McFly in the Back to the Future films, and Popeye in the 1980 live-action film Popeye.
