María del Rocío Prado Caballero, known professionally as Rocío Prado, is a Mexican actress and director of dubbing for Latin American Spanish, with a career in the industry that began in 1979. She was born on January 10, 1956, in Mexico City.

Prado has an extensive filmography in anime, providing voices for a wide range of characters. In the series Onegai! Samia Don, she voiced the character Robert. She played the role of Enrique Bottini in Ai no Gakko Cuore Monogatari. She also voiced Laisa in the anime film Hashire Melos!. In the series Samurai Pizza Cats, her roles included Polly Esther, a young raccoon character, and a courtesan. For the series The Irresponsible Captain Tylor, she was the voice of crew member Kim Kyung Hwa. Her daughter, Christine Byrd, who is also a dubbing actress, voiced the character Yumi Hanna in the same Spanish-language production of Tylor.

Beyond these credits, Prado is known for many other significant anime roles. She is recognized for voicing Kodachi Kuno and Sayuri in the classic series Ranma ½. She voiced Angie Himemiya (Anthy) in Revolutionary Girl Utena, Jakotsu in Inuyasha, and Madame Gina in the Mexican dub of the Studio Ghibli film Porco Rosso. Her work also includes roles in series such as Babel II, Bleach, Captain Tsubasa, and Zatch Bell. In non-anime voice work, she is noted for roles like Titania in the X-Men animated series, various characters in the Power Rangers franchise, and as the first voice of Dee Dee in Dexter's Laboratory.

In addition to her on-screen voice roles, Prado has also worked extensively as a dubbing director. Her directing credits include the Latin American Spanish dubs for several major series, such as Ranma ½, Samurai Pizza Cats, Bleach, Shin Chan, and Kirby: Right Back At Ya!.
