Yuko Tsuga is a Japanese voice actress and actress born on January 3, 1961, in Tokyo. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Tsuga began her career in the entertainment industry after training at the theater company Gekidan NLT, making her debut as a voice actress in 1978.

Tsuga's career includes several notable voice roles in anime and educational programming. One of her earliest and most significant roles was providing the voice for Mogutan in the long-running TBS educational series Manga Hajimete Monogatari, a role she played for six years beginning in 1978. She also performed the theme song for this series. She later voiced the character Narutan in the follow-up series Manga Naruhodo Monogatari.

For the anime series Tama and Friends, known in Japan as San-chōme no Tama: Uchi no Tama Shirimasen ka?, Tsuga voiced the character Nora, a stray cat. She took over the role from voice actress Harumi Katsuta starting with the tenth episode of the series. She later reprised the role of Nora in the 2019 anime film Dayan to Tama to Tobi Neko to: Mittsu no Neko no Monogatari. In this same film, she also voiced the character Gomadayo.

Other major voice acting credits include Marie Halmich in the 1984 anime Makiba no Shōjo Katori, a guest appearance in the 1996 version of GeGeGe no Kitaro, the role of Isako Fukuko in Tsuyoshi Shikkari Shinasai, and a small voice role in the 1989 Studio Ghibli film Kiki’s Delivery Service. Beyond anime, she appeared in the tokusatsu series Denkou Choujin Gridman as Asako Baba and has performed narration for various television programs.
