Among his noted roles are Riruru in the series Tongari Bōshi no Memoru, Satis in Oban Star-Racers, Shirou Nishi in Whisper of the Heart, and Luripopota in Alakazam the Great. Beyond anime, Moreno's voice became iconic to Spanish audiences through his work on live-action series and films. He is perhaps most fondly remembered for voicing the titular alien in the hit series ALF, a role that brought him widespread recognition. His other notable dubbing work included being the habitual Spanish voice for actors such as Paul Fusco, Phil Leeds, Billy Barty, and John Cazale. For the latter, he famously dubbed the role of Fredo Corleone in The Godfather films, a part he considered among his favorites.
