Description
Satis is a small, eccentric being initially presented as the servant of the Avatar, a powerful cosmic entity overseeing the Great Race of Ōban. His true identity is later revealed to be the Avatar himself, using a projection of a giant figure to conceal his actual form. Ten thousand years prior to the main events, Satis won the Great Race of Ōban. Following his victory, he confronted Canaletto, who refused to relinquish the Avatar's power. Unable to destroy Canaletto despite his abilities, Satis neutralized his power and imprisoned him in a cell beneath the Flying Temple.

During the Alwas Cycle, Satis greeted the arriving Earth Team, initially mistaking their covered star-racer for "giant flying cushions." He guided them to their pit and frequently appeared to Molly, offering encouragement during her challenges. He occasionally delivered race-related messages to Don Wei. Satis was also observed subtly adjusting the Earth Team's equipment, implying covert assistance to enhance their performance. His motives became clearer with the revelation of his identity; he sought a worthy successor and believed Molly possessed the necessary qualities.

Satis operated under a secondary persona known as Super-Racer, a costumed pilot introduced as a special envoy from the planet Adalou. In this role, he tested the worthiness of other contestants during the playoffs on Alwas. As Super-Racer, he demonstrated exceptional piloting skills, losing only to Toros before competing against Molly.

In the Ōban Cycle, Satis assumed the title of Spokesman of the Avatar. He revealed his presence during pre-selections on Darwar and possibly Sangrar. He exhibited significant magical abilities, such as commanding the Flying Temple. However, he proved unable to prevent Canaletto from eliminating Sul from the race. Shortly before the final race, Satis disclosed his true identity as the Avatar, explaining the giant figure was a magical projection. He concealed the Ultimate Prize—becoming the next Avatar—to ensure pilots' motives remained pure.

As the race neared its conclusion, Satis's power and health deteriorated. He expressed satisfaction when Molly won but could not actively influence the selection of his successor. He recognized Molly's unique determination and purity of heart, reminiscent of his own disposition millennia earlier, which prompted his periodic encouragement during her journey. After Molly declined the Avatar's power, Satis lacked the strength to maintain Canaletto's imprisonment. To prevent Canaletto from seizing the power, Satis destroyed the Pyramid of Power within the temple. He fell from the temple but was caught by Prince Aikka. With his final breath, Satis instructed Aikka on stopping Canaletto before his body dissipated into light.

Personality-wise, Satis embodied wisdom and kindness, prioritizing the galaxy's well-being. He willingly sacrificed himself to thwart Canaletto and harbored a particular fondness for Molly, secretly supporting her victory.

Satis appeared in the 2001 pilot film *Molly, Star-Racer*. The possibility exists that Adalou was his home world, as indicated during his Super-Racer persona.
