Brian Drummond is a Canadian voice actor known for his extensive work in anime dubbing and animated series, primarily through Ocean Productions in Vancouver, British Columbia. Born on August 10, 1969, in Salmon Arm, British Columbia, he is a graduate of the acclaimed Studio 58 theater program at Langara College. He began his career as a stage actor before transitioning to voice acting full-time in the 1990s.

Drummond is widely recognized for his portrayal of Vegeta in the Ocean Studios English dub of the anime series Dragon Ball Z, a role that brought him significant attention and includes his delivery of the line "It's Over 9000!", which became a popular internet meme.
