Tomoko Miura is a Japanese voice actress, also known by the kanji spelling of her name, 三浦智子. She was born on August 27, 1972, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Her blood type is O, and her height is listed as 157 cm. She was formerly affiliated with the talent management firm Production Baobab.

Miura has been active in the voice acting industry since the 1990s. Her personal interests and hobbies include jazz dance, playing the tenor saxophone, and fishing. She also possesses a Yamagata dialect.

She is known for her role as Katsumi Akagi in the anime adaptation of the manga Project ARMS. She voiced this character in both the first television series, Project ARMS, and its direct continuation, Project ARMS: The 2nd Chapter. Her other notable anime roles include providing the voice for a young Guts, as well as various court ladies and maids, in the 1997 Berserk television series. She also voiced Miya Ohgi in Mirage of Blaze, Ruri Miyasaka and Tsubasa Washizaki in Reideen the Superior, and Chitose Tanaka in an episode of Angelic Layer.

Beyond anime, Miura's work in voice acting extends to Japanese dubs of foreign media and video games. She provided the Japanese voice for the character Dana Tan in the animated series Batman Beyond. In the video game Puyo Puyo~n, she voiced the character Draco Centauros.
