Paul L. Schrier II is an American actor and voice actor, born on June 1, 1970, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is widely recognized for his long-running portrayal of the character Farkas "Bulk" Bulkmeier in the Power Rangers franchise, a role he originated in 1993 and played across multiple series for over two decades. His career has also encompassed significant voice work in animation, including English-language dubs of Japanese anime series produced by Saban Entertainment.

Schrier's voice acting in anime is primarily associated with projects from the 1990s. He is credited with the role of Ollie Keeawani in the 1996 television series Eagle Riders, an English-language adaptation that combined the Japanese anime series Gatchaman II and Gatchaman Fighter. He provided the voice for this character throughout the show's 64-episode run. His other notable voice credits from this era include the role of Fire Bug in the live-action series Masked Rider and providing voices for various characters within the Power Rangers universe itself, such as Primator and Bratboy in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Infinitor in Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue, and Severax in Power Rangers Time Force.
