Carlos Barragán is a Latin American voice actor known for his work in anime dubbing, born on December 29, 1977. He has built a career voicing a variety of characters in prominent anime series, particularly since the late 2010s.

Barragán is perhaps best recognized for his role as Nozel Silva in the long-running series Black Clover, a part he voiced from 2017 to 2021, including in the 2023 film Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King. He is also known for portraying Kaval in the popular franchise That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, appearing in the original series, its second season, and spin-offs like The Slime Diaries from 2018 through 2024.
