Rebecca Soler is an American voice actress based in the New York City area who has been active in the industry since 2003. She is also known by the alias Jessica Paquet for some of her credits. Soler grew up in Boston and moved to Sugar Land, Texas during high school. She attended Carnegie Mellon University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in theater.

Solver began her voice-over career working on anime and animation dubs produced in New York. She has lent her voice to projects for several prominent dubbing studios, including 4Kids Entertainment, NYAV Post, Media Blasters, Central Park Media, and DuArt Film & Video. Her entry into anime dubbing included a unique start when she was selected through a fan casting contest held by Central Park Media to voice the character Battia in their dub of the 1986 anime Outlanders.

In anime, Soler has portrayed a wide array of characters. She voiced Reanne Griffith in the 4Kids Entertainment English adaptation of Magical DoReMi. She took on the role of Mikoto Utsugi in The King of Braves GaoGaiGar. For the series Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny, she provided the voices for both Shimei Ryomou and Koumei Shokatsuryou. She also voiced the character Tetsuko in the English dub of the OVA Magical Witch Punie-chan, which was produced by Headline Sound Studios. Other significant anime roles include the title character Miu Nomura in Piano: The Melody of a Young Girl's Heart, produced by NYAV Post, and multiple roles in the long-running Pokémon anime series, such as Mallow, Alexa, and Professor Carolina.

Beyond anime, Soler's career extends to Western animation and video games. She has voiced characters in series such as Huntik: Secrets & Seekers as Sophie Casterwill, Viva Piñata as Ella Elephanilla and Simone Cinnamonkey, and the 4Kids and DuArt dubs of Winx Club, where she first took over the role of Tecna for its third season and later voiced Stella. Her video game work includes voicing Miranda Fortuna in Red Dead Redemption and providing additional voices for Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Soler is also highly accomplished as an audiobook narrator. After being recommended for the work by her agent, she has narrated numerous titles, including the entire Lunar Chronicles series and the Renegades series by Marissa Meyer, as well as books by authors like Sarah Dessen and James Patterson. Her work in this field has earned her critical recognition, including an AudioFile Earphones Award in 2009 for her narration of Amy Efaw's novel After. Her narration of Cress, the third book in The Lunar Chronicles, was a finalist for the Audio Publishers Association Audie Award in the Fantasy and Teens categories in 2015.

In addition to her voice work, Soler remains active in theater and on-screen acting. She has participated in various theater projects, including a 2014 play called Becoming Cuba with the Huntington Theatre Company. She is also an executive producer of a web series titled With Friends Like These.
