Born on February 20, 1982, in Silver Spring, Maryland, she began her voice acting career in 1999 and became a prominent figure in the industry through her collaborations with dubbing studios like 4Kids Entertainment and ACTBA.

Her body of work is characterized by a significant number of leading and recurring roles in series targeted at younger audiences. One of her most recognized performances is as the voice of Caitlyn Goodwyn in the 4Kids Entertainment English adaptation of the magical girl anime Ojamajo Doremi, which was titled Magical DoReMi when it aired in North America in 2005. This role placed her within a beloved franchise, contributing to the localization of the series for English-speaking viewers.

Jacqueline's most prominent and signature role was as the lead character Bloom in the 4Kids version of the Italian animated series Winx Club. She voiced the character for 78 episodes from 2004 to 2007, a performance that became central to her public profile. Her partnership with 4Kids also led to other notable roles, such as Blair Flannigan, the Maiden of the Aqua, and Missy in Yu-Gi-Oh!
