Norman Paolo Mozzato is an Italian actor and voice actor, born in Tripoli on March 17, 1940. He is the nephew of the actor Umberto Mozzato. Mozzato began his career at the Teatro Stabile in Turin under the direction of Gianfranco De Bosio. He later graduated in directing and acting from the National Institute of Cinematography in Moscow, studying under M.I. Rom, a teacher to renowned Russian directors such as Andrei Tarkovsky, Andrei Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky, and others.

In addition to his performance career, Mozzato has worked as a teacher of film history and language at the Istituto Professionale Cine-TV Roberto Rossellini in Rome. He has also contributed as a Russian consultant for dialogue adaptation, working on projects like the film 15 Minuti - Follia Omicida a New York under dubbing director Tonino Accolla. His live-action film appearances include roles in movies such as Alessandro il Grande, Giulia e Giulia, Il ritorno di Cagliostro, and Rosso come il cielo. He has also participated in theatrical and musical events as a narrator.

Mozzato is a well-known figure to fans of anime for his dubbing work. He provided the voice for the character Doctor Hell, the main antagonist in the series Mazinger Z. Another significant anime role was as Raul in the series Ken il guerriero. His other voice work in animation includes the role of Triter in the film Capitan Harlock: L'Arcadia della Mia Giovinezza and the character Ryuken in the film Ken il guerriero - Il Film.
