Debora Rabbai, also known by the stage names Debbie Rabbai and Angora Deb, is an American voice actress, comedian, improviser, and singer based in New York City. She was born on January 14 and is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Her career in voice acting began in the mid-1990s, and she has since become known for her extensive work in English dubs of Japanese anime, contributing to numerous titles for studios such as Central Park Media, NYAV Post, Headline Studios, and DuArt Film and Video.

Rabbai's anime voice acting portfolio is extensive, featuring a wide array of leading and supporting roles. Among her most recognized performances is the title character Aika Sumeragi in the series Agent Aika. She is also known for her roles as Rika Sena in Kare Kano: His and Her Circumstances, Hakufu Sonsaku in Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny, and Leina in the Queen's Blade series. Other notable credits include Boogiepop in Boogiepop Phantom, Hazumi Senkawa in Birdy the Mighty, Futaba Murata and Nayuta Moriyama in Shingu: Secret of the Stellar Wars, and Millie in The Third.
