Susumu Kaseda is a Japanese voice actor and sound director born on March 1, 1969, in Fukuoka Prefecture. His entry into the entertainment industry was unconventional, beginning as a dancer and performer at theme parks such as Tokyo Disneyland and Sanrio before transitioning to voice acting in the 1990s.

Kaseda's career encompasses a wide range of roles in anime and video games. He is notably recognized for his multiple character portrayals in the anime series Hikarian - Great Railroad Protector, where he voiced Blue Euro, E2 Jet, Eurostar, and Romancecar. Other significant anime credits include Yusuke Kinoshita in Ping Pong Club, various characters in Sexy Commando Gaiden: Sugoi yo!! Masaru-san, and roles in the 1999 version of Hunter X Hunter, such as an examiner and a henchman. His work also extended to video games, with performances in the Ar tonelico series as Fals Priest and Cayel Kraisie, and as Greeza in the Spectral Force game series.
