Belsheber Rusape is a Zimbabwean-born voice actor based in Texas, known for his work in English dubs of anime, animated series, and video games. Born on November 7, 1997, in Zimbabwe, he began pursuing voice acting around 2016, with his passion for performance taking root during his fifth-grade years. His professional journey started in independent visual novels and multimedia projects, eventually leading to work with major dubbing studios like Crunchyroll (formerly Funimation Entertainment) and OkraTron 5000. Rusape is also a University of North Texas alumnus, having earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Art and Design Studies in 2021.

Rusape has built a diverse portfolio of anime voice roles. He is perhaps best recognized for voicing the character Kakeru Sengoku, the student council president, in the popular romantic comedy series Horimiya and its后续 instalment, Horimiya: The Missing Pieces. His other notable anime credits include Akira Ichinose in I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too, Daichi Hino in My Clueless First Friend, Damian Goltz in The Saints Magic Power is Omnipotent, and Piltory Saracen in How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom. He has also contributed voices to long-running series such as One Piece, where he voiced characters like Nekozaemon and Warney, and My Hero Academia. His range extends to roles in Metallic Rouge, The Demon Prince of Momochi House, and the animated special Lord El-Melloi IIs Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace note.

Beyond traditional anime, Rusape has gained significant recognition for his leading role in the independent animated project Lackadaisy. He voices Calvin "Freckle" McMurray, a performance that has become a signature part of his career and raised his profile within the web animation community. His other voice work includes the role of Temperance in the anticipated animated series The Gaslight District and Zack in the digital animation Aphmau. He has also lent his voice to video games, such as The Tale of Food.

Rusape is known for his collaborative spirit and dedication to the voice acting community.
