Belsheber Rusape is a Zimbabwean-born voice actor based in Texas, known for his work in English dubs of anime, animated series, and video games. Born on November 7, 1997, in Zimbabwe, he began pursuing voice acting around 2016, with his passion for performance taking root during his fifth-grade years. His professional journey started in independent visual novels and multimedia projects, eventually leading to work with major dubbing studios like Crunchyroll (formerly Funimation Entertainment) and OkraTron 5000. Rusape is also a University of North Texas alumnus, having earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Art and Design Studies in 2021.

Rusape has built a diverse portfolio of anime voice roles. He is perhaps best recognized for voicing the character Kakeru Sengoku, the student council president, in the popular romantic comedy series Horimiya and its后续 instalment, Horimiya: The Missing Pieces. His other notable anime credits include Akira Ichinose in I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too, Daichi Hino in My Clueless First Friend, Damian Goltz in The Saints Magic Power is Omnipotent, and Piltory Saracen in How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom.
