Claus Brockmeyer is a German actor and voice artist, born in Bad Wildungen, Germany, in 1953. He is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, providing the German voices for numerous characters in international film and television productions, with a significant body of work in the anime genre. Beyond voice acting, he has also appeared as an on-screen actor in German productions such as the film Anatomie and the television film Lost Horizon.

Brockmeyer's career is marked by a wide range of voice roles in anime, lending his talents to many classic and popular series and films. As noted, he voiced the character Kouki Maeno in the third episode of the supernatural series RIN - Daughters of Mnemosyne.
