Ayana Sumoto is the alias used by Japanese voice actress Haruka Shimazaki for roles in adult anime and video games. Shimazaki was born on August 1, 1973, in Hokkaido, Japan, and is affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production. Under her own name, she has built a career spanning numerous mainstream anime series from the late 1990s and 2000s. Her mainstream credits include roles such as Ruriko Kaneko in the You're Under Arrest franchise, including the 1999 motion picture, Eimi Shiina in Mahoromatic: Automatic Maiden and its sequel, as well as appearances in Full Metal Panic!, Inuyasha, and Getbackers.

Under the name Ayana Sumoto, she is primarily recognized for her work in adult-oriented OVA series in the early 2000s. She voiced the role of Maiko Kaneda in both Discipline: The Hentai Academy and its sequel series, DISCIPLINE Zero.
