Rosa is widely recognized for his extensive work in anime, having lent his voice to several iconic characters. He is the original Italian voice of Monkey D. His repertoire also includes Nobunaga Kiyota in Slam Dunk, Tatsuya Uesugi in Touch, Roto in Yu Yu Hakusho, and Pandora's Actor in Overlord, among many others.
Beyond anime, Rosa has voiced a vast array of characters in Western animation and live-action content. Notable roles include Edd (Double D) in Ed, Edd n Eddy from its second season onward, Beavis in the early seasons of Beavis and Butt-Head, and Abraham Lincoln in Clone High. He is also the Italian voice of Horace Horsecollar for Disney productions since 1999. In the realm of video games, his work is extensive, including Ron Weasley in several Harry Potter game adaptations, 343 Guilty Spark in Halo 2 and Halo 3, Zlatko Andronikov in Detroit: Become Human, and numerous characters in the Assassin's Creed franchise.
In addition to voice acting, Rosa frequently works as a dialogue adapter and dubbing director.
