Ximena Fragoso is a Mexican actress and voice actress, also trained as a sociologist, known for her work in Latin American Spanish dubbing of anime series and films. She was born in Mexico City. Her career in dubbing is her primary profession, and she also has experience in theatrical stage performances.

Fragoso has contributed her voice to a variety of anime titles. One of her notable roles is Kuon in the OVA Indian Summer. Her other prominent roles in anime dubbing include Rin Shima in Laid-Back Camp, Ryoko Kusakabe in Date A Live II, and Koyuki in The Vampire Dies in No Time. She has also been part of the voice cast for series such as Bungo Stray Dogs, Teasing Master Takagi-san, and the film KONOSUBA - God's Blessing on This Wonderful World– Legend of Crimson.

In addition to her work in animation, Ximena Fragoso is a broadcaster. She co-created and co-hosts a radio program called Profundidad sonora on Violeta Radio with Shanttal Saad, a colleague she met through theater. The program focuses on music and women composers from different eras and around the world, with both hosts contributing their research and knowledge to each episode.
