Lili Vela is the stage name of Liliana Vela Soto, a Mexican actress and commercial announcer known for her work in Latin American Spanish dubbing. She has built a career voicing characters in a wide range of animated productions, including anime series, films, and television shows.

Vela's body of work encompasses numerous voice roles in anime. She is the voice of Mimi Katsura in the series Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya and its associated OVA, Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya: Undoukai de Dance. Another notable role is Sakuya in the OVA adaptation of Indian Summer, titled Koharu Biyori - Verano en la India. Her other anime credits include Kaya in Attack on Titan, various characters in Fairy Tail such as Laki Olietta, Plue, and a young Gray Fullbuster, Rika "Mirika" Hoshizaki in Girlfriend, Girlfriend, Minami Fuyuki in Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!, and Emma in the donghua Link Click.
